Platon Vladimirovich has been a head of the company since 2012. He established the construction of the plant, brought it into operation and for the time being he is having overall charge of operating activity.
Before ICC, Platon had been working for 20 years at “Kazakhmys corporation” at different production sites.
Platon has a higher technical education, experience in the field of mineral ore concentration and construction, excellent management skills and knowledge of local business landscape.
Nadezhda Leonidovna is responsible for labour safety and security. With the higher education in minerals processing she has worked for 35 years at “Kazakhmys” corporation. She has mastered a lot of jobs from the refiner engineer to a chief separator and the chief for production and technical department of “Balkhashcvetmet” industrial Association of Kazakhmys Corporation”, LLP.
Irina Yuryevna is responsible for management and maintenance of accounting records and financial statements since 2012.
With the higher economic education and more than 30 years experience in accounting records, including over 20 years’ experience in the position of accountant general, Irina has been managing accounting records and financial statements of the company.
Shugaibek Matkalievich university-educated in mechanical equipment of non-ferrous metallurgy plants had started as an electrician technician, now he is a chief mechanic. He is responsible for operability, repair engineering and maintenance operations in the company.

Yevgeniy Alexandrovich has been working at the company since 2012. He is responsible for providing the continuous operation of power equipment and power resources supply.
Yevgeniy has over 35 years of experience in the field of energy, had started career as electrician at Balkhash processing plant becoming further a chief technology officer and chief power engineer of the department.

After finishing the technical school Tatyana was employed by “Achpolimetall” mining field in Kentau. as a chemist.
