Though 2014 was hard and stagnation in the ferrous market has led to the drop of iron ore prices, we have focused on our strategic priorities which are
- Increase in productivity;
- Cost leadership;
- Customer’s preferences;
- Product quality improvement.
In 2014 we increased the productivity due to the 30% increase of magnetic separation. Having arranged cooperation with our supplier «Kazakhmys Corporation» LLC and having implemented the split feed of different ores from flotation tailings into our separators we have received the decrease of detrimental impurities in iron concentrate to reach the required parameters. We have minimized the logistics costs of our supplies to China and have worked out the shipment plan which allows to ship up to 30 000 tons of iron concentrate per month.
In spite of the market volatility, we are looking at the coming year with the careful optimism. Keeping on working for our strategic goals we are going to establish close cooperation with our clients to provide stable product shipment and achieve high financial results.
