Started his career in 1967 in “Tavricheskiy” state owned farm.
1974 – employed by Molybdenic processing plant
1974 – 1985 – mastered all engineering specialties.
From 1985 Khamid Kamidulinovich was a shift master at “Molybdenic processing plant”.
1993 – appointed as an engineer in chief.
1998 – appointed as manager of the processing plant.
2000 – appointed as a processing plant production and technical department executive officer
2001 – appointed as a head of converter slag processing department
2002 – appointed as a deputy director-for general issues.
2003 - 2004 – “Vzryvprom-2001”, LLP – engineer of drilling and blasting department.
2004 - 2006 – “ABS-Balkhash”, JSC Ore Mining Company, engineer of TRM.
2007 – accepted to BCM Production department shift foreman at processing plant.
From July,2007 – promoted to liming department chief.
From 2009 – promoted to converter slag processing department chief
From July,2013 – appointed as “ICC”, LLP Iron concentrate plant production chief
Khamid Kamidulinovich has an extensive experience. He is managing the production on-site, provides liaison with different departments of the processing plant. Khamid Kamidulinovich is communicative, open, demanding, knowledgeable in equipment and mounting techniques.
He is responsible for production safety, production standards and process technology.
Irina Alexandrovna Kaskina entered Tambov chemical engineering institute after finishing school in 1982. After completing 3 terms she came back to Balkhash.
1988 - 2012 – Kazpost.
2012 – filterer at “ICC”, LLP Iron concentrate production plant.
2012-2013 – processing products controller of quality assurance service.
From 2013 she has been a quality control manager.
During the time she has mastered technological process. Irina Alexandrovna is a thoughtful and diligent person. She gets into every detail changes in technological schemes. She has excellently mastered calculations of quality and quantity schemes of iron concentrate production.
From 2014 she has been advancing her skills, studying at Engineering College with a specialization in Mineral processing.
